These recordings of J.S. Bach's cello suites performed by cellist Justin Pearson and 5 string cellist Pedro Silva took one year to complete, and include Schumann's piano accompaniment for the 3rd suite, performed by pianist Katherine Rockhill.

5LP Box Set Pressed at Optimal in Germany.

The deluxe box set contains 5LPs plus "The Cello Suites" paper back book by Eric Siblin and a "Behind the Scenes" 32 page "making of" booklet.

Recorded in the beautiful acoustics of Temple Church in London and St Botolph’s Church in Chevening, Kent, they have been recorded with just two valve microphones.

The 3rd Suite is played on the Cello and then also with Piano accompaniment, written by Schumann.
The 6th Suite is performed on a five-string cello.
